Participation in this project is strictly limited to:

• Existing LUX Property Group clients;
• Approved referral partners and their approved clients;
• Selected developer clients approved by the developer;
• Direct referrals from existing approved clients; or
• Individuals who have requested an invitation to purchase and have subsequently been approved by the developer.

Applications are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the developer reserves the absolute right to accept or decline any application without providing reasons.

Nesara Bay City is not available to retail investors, including Australian retail investors, and no information contained on this website constitutes a public offer, invitation, solicitation, recommendation, or offer of securities to the general public.

Access to purchase opportunities is by invitation or approval only and is subject to the developer’s eligibility requirements, applicable laws, project availability, and the developer’s absolute discretion.
